Founded on the vision of building a modern Malaysian law firm that combines commercial precision with institutional discipline, the firm has grown from a single-principal practice into a multidisciplinary team serving clients nationwide.
Established in August 2021 as a fintech-leaning corporate and commercial practice, the firm has since evolved into a full-service platform under the leadership of its Managing Partner, Shamil Shakil, joined by Partner, Farhah A. Rustam in 2022. Supported by a growing team of associates and professional staff, the firm today advises government-linked entities, public institutions, and major private enterprises.
Its core practice spans public sector and procurement, projects and infrastructure, Islamic finance, and large corporate transactions. The firm has advised on complex transformation exercises, including the conversion of a state-linked company into a statutory corporation—covering due diligence, policy development, legislative drafting, and structural design. Recognised for its work in fintech, Islamic finance, and transactional matters, the firm continues to deepen its institutional relationships and broaden its sectoral expertise.
